I’m a therapist and counsellor offering calm, grounded support for people navigating life transitions, inner change, and the need to regain stability.

I help people who are healing, feeling stuck, or seeking a more balanced, stable, and authentic way of living. My approach is gentle and reflective, focusing on self-understanding, emotional steadiness, and reconnecting with one’s true self.

After many years as a clinical psychologist, I now offer a non-clinical style of counselling and mentoring. Support may include:
